Roxanne, with 40+ years of experience in salon and international education business. Her experience has spanned the globe in seeking advanced education in the beauty industry. 

Her role as an international educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems for over 28 years anchored her in the world dedicated to innovations and excellence. The commitment to her business, Roxanne’s Beauty Salon, Ltd since inception in 1985 gifted her to the local communities need in Trinidad and Tobago. Her infinite wisdom and boundless knowledge support the local beauty community in Trinidad and Tobago. Roxanne’s role as a consultant, an internal verifier, an assessor, and the membership roles that she has served on many for profit and non-profit committees has created this well-rounded Educator.
